Coming Soon. In order to change our shape (or our health), we have to change who we are as an eater. Instead of punishing ourselves by going on a restrictive diet and bracing against ourselves, we must learn to care for ourselves by kindly and gently changing who we are as eaters.
Who do you want to be as an eater? Join this six-week program to figure it out and make the changes. This program will include weekly delivery of materials, including audio classes, printouts, work sheets, as well as a “Hunger Journal.” This program will be balanced between functional nutrition and eating psychology.
