A True 30-Minute Meal that’s Paleo and Delicious
One of my gripes with most “30 minute meals” is that they never take 30 minutes, they usually take more like 60 minutes. As much as I like to cook, I do appreciate a quick, easy, and delicious meal. I think I found it last night with this quick Paleo fontina chicken. A week ago I saw the short video from Delish entitled Caprese Chicken and wanted to try it. I was missing a few of their ingredients, so I changed it from Caprese Chicken to Fontina Chicken. It was easy, Paleo and yummy. It didn’t take a lot of prep and, best of all, it was quick! In order to stay sugar-free in January, it’s important to have some go-to recipes and this is one.
