In order to end sugar cravings, you really have to figure out what’s driving sugar craving, is it physiological in nature, is it psychological in nature, or like most people is a combination of both? I use functional nutrition and eating psychology to dig a little deeper, to get under the hood to figure out what is the root of the problem.
So functional nutrition – by nature, looks at the underlying cause of the health problem, rather than just treating the symptom, and eating psychology, of course, is the why we do what we do with food and eating. So, why do we eat a sleeve of cookies at 11 o’clock at night, when we know we should be going to sleep. That’s eating psychology.
I’ve created a unique practice because I combine functional nutrition and eating psychology to dig a little deeper to help clients get under the hood to at what the problems are that’s driving sugar craving, insulin resistance ,pre-diabetes, and extra weight that they want to get rid of.
